The James Beard Celebrity Chef tour will make it’s only stop in Texas on September 29 at Brennan’s Houston. Hotel Sorella and Bistro Alex’s very own Chef Roland Soza will be part of the action!
Chef Soza will join other Celebrity Chef’s, including Chefs from the Brennan’s Family of Restaurants, to collaborate on a six course Creole inspired menu.
