The Green Beans and Guacamole Cookbook comes out next week!! Bistro Alex & Hotel Sorella’s very own Chef Roland Soza is featured in this fabulous coffee table-style cookbook that benefits The ARC. If you are attending the Chronicle Book & Author dinner on November 13, at the Norris Conference Center, be sure to stop by and see Chef Roland!  He will be giving out free appetizer and dessert cards and signing cookbooks.
